Shipping Policy
*We only ship items to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Please email if a different delivery address is required. We will try our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping services.
* We generally take 1-3 business days after receipt of the cleared payment. eCheque payment is not considered a cleared one.
* We choose shipment service from FedEx, DHL, Aramex and Postal Service. We can offer you any of the earlier mentioned services. First three mentioned services usually take 3-5 business days, but the latter one might take a long time around 15-21 days. Therefore, for a guaranteed shipping service, you must choose it, as we’re free to give you any of the mentioned services.
*The estimated delivery time is 12-25 working days. Sometimes international delivery is highly depending on the shipping company & local customs/duties / post-delivery time is estimated and cannot be 100% guaranteed.
* We are unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax. International buyers are responsible for any & all duties, customs charges & brokerage fees.
*Any special request for packing or shipping may add additional cost to the shipping fee & or delays.
Return Policy
* In case of an unfortunate event that you need to return or exchange your item, please get in touch with us at once for instructions on returning or exchanging the item. Please do not open any case unless you write to us.
*Item must be returned within a maximum of 14 days on receipt. We accept 14 days return policy.
*Item must be unused, unworn, and untouched and the original shipping condition. Thus, the item must have all tags.
*Return shipping charges will be borne by the buyer himself.
